Ensure You Receive Our Emails

To make sure you receive your password setup email and important notifications, add our email address to your contacts or safe senders list.

Add This Email to Your Contacts

The quickest way to ensure delivery is to add our email address to your contacts:

Instructions by Email Provider

Gmail

  1. 1Open the email from ChairSlot (check Spam/Junk if not in inbox)
  2. 2Click the three dots menu in the top right of the email
  3. 3Select "Filter messages like this"
  4. 4Click "Create filter"
  5. 5Check "Never send it to Spam" and "Always mark as important"
  6. 6Click "Create filter"

Or simply drag the email from Spam to your Primary inbox and click "Report not spam"

Outlook / Hotmail

  1. 1Open the email from ChairSlot (check Junk folder if not in inbox)
  2. 2Click the three dots menu and select "Add to Safe senders"
  3. 3Alternatively, go to Settings > Mail > Junk email
  4. 4Under "Safe senders", click "Add"
  5. 5Enter: [email protected]
  6. 6Click "Save"

Yahoo Mail

  1. 1Open the email from ChairSlot (check Spam folder if not in inbox)
  2. 2Click the three dots menu
  3. 3Select "Add sender to Contacts"
  4. 4This ensures future emails go to your inbox

Apple Mail (iCloud)

  1. 1Open the email from ChairSlot
  2. 2Click on the sender's email address
  3. 3Select "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs"
  4. 4Emails from VIPs always appear in your inbox

Can't Find Our Email?

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder
  • Search for "ChairSlot" or "[email protected]"
  • Check the Promotions or Updates tab (Gmail)
  • Wait a few minutes - emails can sometimes be delayed
